My name is Heather Lorette, and I have worked as a professional administrator for over 25 years. I have extensive experience with all versions of the Microsoft Office suite, and I specialize in creating easy-to-use templates utilizing styles, content controls, and macros using the programming language Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). I am also able to create both dynamic and static interactive PDF forms that can be used by anyone who has access to the free Adobe® Reader®. I can also help you create accessible documents and PDF files that comply with PDF/UA guidelines.

As a consultant and sub-consultant, I have been creating templates and forms for various professional firms, local governments, and government agencies for the past 10 years. Using document styles, content controls, VBA, or interactive forms, the process of writing reports, proposals, and correspondence can be streamlined to greatly increase accuracy, while decreasing the amount of time spent formatting and entering information.
