Document Formatting Services (Hourly or Fixed Fee)

As each project and each client is unique, please contact me to discuss your needs and I will provide a no-obligation estimate.

Standard Terms and Conditions
  • All projects are kept private and confidential.
  • A scope of work outlining the rate (hourly or fixed fee) and project details will be provided prior to the commencement of services.
  • A $250 minimum is charged for all projects.
  • Payment is due in full before delivery of the final product for first-time clients.
  • A 25% surcharge will apply to all evening, weekend, or rush services.
  • Hourly invoices are sent on the first of each month for work completed in the month prior and are due and payable 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Fixed fee invoices are emailed upon completion of the project and are due and payable 30 days from the invoice date.
  • For ongoing projects, progress invoices will be sent at the end of each month and are due and payable 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Payments can be made by e-transfer or direct deposit.
  • Personal or business cheques are accepted from established clients.
  • A Goods and Services or Harmonized Sales Tax will be added to all invoices (Canadian clients only).
  • Any additional charges including, but not limited to, long-distance, photocopying, postage, courier, and project-related office supplies will be billed to the client at cost (all receipts will be provided).
